The room was fantastic - great use of space, imaginative details, high quality materials and plenty of light. The bed was extremely comfortable - really thick mattress and good quality bed linen. It was also unbelievably quiet (we were at the back, looking onto a side street) given its central location. The buffet was pretty good (I would only suggest that they either upgrade the coffee machines or, even better, have someone preparing fresh coffees). I'd read the comments about the swimming pool and I think they've made a mistake labelling it as such because they will always attract negative comments. As it is, it's a really lovely space with views of the rooftops and a nice jacuzzi to relax in (very refreshing in hot temperatures). Anyway, we were really pleased with the overall experience and enjoyed the neon-lit bathroom experience!

WiFi was not working on my floor (7th floor) and they way they handled it was very unprofessional and unacceptable. It was very important for me to connect to the WiFi as I have to work overnight to submit my work. The female receptionist did not give any solutions and just said the guy tried to fixed and he was not able to do so!

Incredibly nice rooms, modern, clean and well made. Showers are excellent, beds are very comfortable. The front desk colleagues were very friendly and helpful. The small pool and patio on top of the hotel is a nice feature. Great continental breakfast.

Modern, nice hotel

Very nice clean hotel with fabulous restaurant and bar. No drawer at bedside but table with area for stuff. Bed comfortable. Has a little refrigerator and water every day. We stayed in the back area as we wanted a quiet room. It was very quiet.

Room balcony feature was good but in a claustrophobic ambiance with tall surrounding buildings close by - restaurant deservedly gains praise f.or high-quality menu - the rooftop facilities make the most of it's jacuzzi ( not a 'swimming pool' as sometimes referenced ) and small bar-area
