Fantastic view of the laguna, lots of birds sighting including toucans. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Host is very friendly and the breakfast are absolutely delicious. Highly recommended.

A terrific boutique hotel.

We had a great stay. So peaceful and calm with a wonderful view. The staff was very accommodating and did everything they could to make our stay memorable. Would highly recommend.

This hotel is fabulous and great value for money. The views from the rooms are outstanding, the decking is lovely to sit on and relax and the bed was really comfortable. The ladies who run it are lovely and breakfast was the best we have had so far in Costa Rica, and all cooked fresh. I highly recommend this hotel.

Such a beautiful, peaceful place. The owners were amazing and made our stay so special. They make the most delicious breakfast and anything you want for dinner. The rooms are comfortable and clean with amazing views. It is a little out of the way, if you want to be close to activities it’s a bit of a drive.

The property was absolutely beautiful and peacefully quiet. The resort overlooked a stunning lake, making for a breathtaking view. While it may not be the most kid-friendly spot, the owner’s friendly cats kept my little ones entertained! The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable! 🐒

We spent 5 days here. If we ever come back to the area, I would definitely stay here again. It is very quiet and beautiful here. The view of the lake and surrounding is incredible. Host is super friendly and informative. Breakfast is delicious. Service is great! A 10 all around.

This hotel is situated in quiet nature. The scenery is calming and so are the rooms. Every room has a view like out of a postcard of the lake and the mountain and greenery. The staff are amazing, attentive and welcome but do not speak fluent English. It allowed me to practice my Spanish and also enjoy the culture even more. The food - breakfast … I don’t know if there are enough words in any langue to describe the quality, presentation and taste. Everything is made in the open kitchen and there is no menu, what you are offered is what you get. You WILL be so pleased and want more. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a great escape. The location is a short distance to the ‘main’ area but that only adds to the feel and experience. Lastly, there are no TVs in the room; the focus is on self and nature. This is a stay for a couple or for one person, depending on the level of rest one is looking for I would recommend and I am looking forward to going back and staying again soon!

The view is absolutely amazing and we loved the little secluded bungalow. The owners are so friendly and informative. The breakfast is amazing, it’s a 4 course meal and different each day. You start with a parfait, then a specialty pancake, the main course is eggs and a specialty side (empanadas, etc.) and then juice, definitely fills you up for an adventurous hike. I would definitely recommend this place. Almost forgot you have a special wake up call from the howler monkeys around 5:15 a.m.
