Our stay here was delightful. The setting is even prettier than the pictures. The hotel is an easy walk to restaurants and a walking trail along the river. Henrique was so helpful at check-in and provided us with an excellent lunch recommendation. We would love to visit again.

Great location. Elevator was not working more than it was working. Asked if I could give them my stamped postcards so the postcards could be put in with the regular hotel mail and was told, “not possible, we don’t do that” - and I am fluent in Portuguese. Have been to many countries and this was the first time I was told my stamped postcards couldn’t be included with normal hotel mail.

Great location, beautiful scenery, we really enjoyed our stay there. The balcony could be better with a roof (as it was too hot to be on a balcony without a roof) but all sufficient. Def will stay again if we go back to Arcos de Valdevez

Some parts of the room were in some rough shape (bathroom door not opening fully because was filled with water, some furniture had a lot of scratches) overall was a good stay, the staff was amazing, the Jacuzzi water was a lot below than the 34 degrees stated on the information board which ended up not being so pleasant as we expected

Pequeno almoço simples e pouca quantidade, produtos acabam depressa e não são repostos. Sauna e banho turco n funcionam muito bem. Serviço de bar muito lento. Serviço de limpeza só apareceram no quarto para arrumar e limpar às 17h.. O hotel tem potencial, é bonito e bem decoradk no entanto o serviço ficou bastante aquém do esperado. O hotel estaba lotado, talvez tenha sido por isso..
