A lovely apartment in a central position, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Quiet courtyard to sit outside and very well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. Tastefully decorated and within an easy walk to the beach for swimming and boat trips.

Breakfast consisted of one baguette and one croissant and was generally available at 08:00 which is not much use if you need to get a train at 08:02. There was no lightning outside the room so walking down the stairs in the dark was treacherous. The kettle and machine were placed on top of the microwave and powered from a cheap plastic extension lead. There were no curtains across the windows in the room.

Agréable et calme ++

Excellent accueil, chambre propre et confortable bien aménagée tout y est on est autonome et tranquille sans contrainte horaire pour le petit déjeuner qui est déposé le matin donc tout frais. La petite cour intérieure est trÚs agréable et les propriétaires arrangeants

Small but tucked away and quiet. Convenient for the seaside promenade. Very nice to get a delivery of fresh bread to your door in the morning. Be aware if travelling with a dog: the first floor rooms are accessed via a staircase of large metal mesh that would hurt their paws so we had to carry our dog up and down.

Acogedor y céntrico

Muy buena ubicación a 1 minuto del casino y a 3 minutos de la playa, bonita y acogedora habitación Desayuno en la habitación ya que tiene cafetera de cåpsulas , microondas y nevera . Por la mañana te dejan una bolsa con pan fresco y croissants. Nuestra habitación estaba en la planta de arriba , en caso de tener dificultad de movimiento hay que tenerlo en cuenta ya que el acceso es por una escalera estrecha. Para el check in ,y facilitar el acceso, mejor indicar que se accede por la verja negra" en lugar de la " puerta negra".

Great Location and lovely apartment

A lovely apartment with everything you could need. Very good facilities and close to the beach, restaurants and town centre. Lovely courtyard and very quiet.

Pour les prix pratiquĂ©s Ă  Arcachon le rapport qualitĂ© /prix est correct. A privilĂ©gier plutĂŽt en sĂ©jour estival voire caniculaire Cbre N°2 en bas: logement Ă  l’ombre sujet Ă  l’humiditĂ© (pas de VMC opĂ©rationnelle = odeur de renfermĂ©) et aux nuisances sonores des voisins trĂšs amoureux
 SdB rĂ©novĂ©e mais donne sur la porte d’entrĂ©e et ses courants d’air - le petit dej correct se prend dans la chambre en mode camping.

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans cet Ă©tablissement. StĂ©phane et Douria sont trĂšs sympas et aux petits soins. PropretĂ© au top ! Pain frais et viennoiseries fraiches le matin, trĂšs agrĂ©able ! Je recommande vivement :) Seul petit bĂ©mol : les serviettes de douche sĂšchent mal dans la chambre, peut-ĂȘtre prĂ©voir un petit sĂšche serviette ou autre.

Bon séjour

Une belle nuit passĂ©e Ă  la villa des T! Chouette accueil et trĂšs flexible notamment pour le dĂ©pĂŽt de bagages. Belle chambre au calme. Le petit plus pour encore faire mieux :) => Travailler sur l’insonorisation des chambres car nous entendions un peu la chambre du bas. Mais rien de gĂȘnant.

Chambre trĂšs intime en plein cƓur d'Arcachon, au calme, avec des hĂŽtes trĂšs chaleureux et discrets. Le petit dĂ©jeuner sur le balcon de la chambre est parfait. Aucun point nĂ©gatif. Je pense par rapport aux anciens commentaires que tout a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©nover. C'est parfait !! Allez y les yeux fermĂ©s.

Trop cher pour ce que c'est

Accueil sympa, bon petit dĂ©jeuner. Mais Ă  ce prix lĂ  j'Ă©tais stupĂ©fait du dĂ©cor vieillot, de l'absence de signalisation de l'hĂŽtel sur la rue ni mĂȘme Ă  l'entrĂ©e (surtout en arrivant de nuit on se pose des questions avant qu'une porte ne s'ouvre directement sur la cuisine de la famille qui tient "l'hotel")... , des toilettes communes aux diffĂ©rentes chambres, et de la prĂ©sence d'une cabine en plastique et d'un mini lavabo posĂ©s Ă  la va vite dans les coins de la chambre en guise de salle de bain...'. MĂȘme la bouilloire est mise en commun sur une Ă©tagĂšre au bas de l'escalier sur laquelle sont rangĂ©s cĂŽtĂ© Ă  cĂŽtĂ© insecticide et sachets de thĂ©... À ce prix lĂ  c'est limite...
