Amazing location and views to die for of the bay .Hotels looked a bit tired when turning up needs a bit of paint and attention to the outside areas but location and staff was amazing . We love the beach so it was perfect for us and the weather was kind .

This is a lovely property right on the beach. Good breakfast and easy to walk anywhere for lunch or dinner with the boardwalk right outside the pool area. Can’t beat it. Would stay here again on our next visit to Arcachon

The property is in a great location and right on the beach. Within walking distance to the centre for restaurants and activities. The pool and pool area are spotless and a great place to relax off the beach. Our room overlooked the pool and beach and our balcony was a great place for sundowners watching the sunset. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful stay for 5 nights in May.

Bad first impression looks rundown very dated inside too all very empty - woman on reception no customer service skills no smile tried to charge us twice. Room very clean but not even a china cup just 2 paper cups no teaspoons and awful poor selection of coffee/ tea. Had to put kettle on floor to heat as cable too short. I know it's off season but some customer service would be nice. Great view of sea don't bother booking a room without a sea view as it made the stay better. Cracked broken glass screen on the balcony looks very dodgy.

Bad service at reception

Our room was not ready at the 3pm checkin time, and we were not given any reason.. the older woman at tge reception just said no when I asked if I could check in, I asked if she could tell me how long the wait might be so I could decide to go out. She said 15min , I sat in reception where she could see me, I waited 25min and asked again and another woman said yes I can check in now.. all the while letting me sit there. I am fine waiting, I know delays happen, but to not apologize or give an explanation was bad service.

Dejligt feriehotel. Vi havde haveudsigt (= p-pladsen) men vi burde have valgt havudsigt. Parkering er lidt et problem, mangler et par p-pladser i forhold til antal værelser, i givet fald parkering på gaden mod mulig betaling, overholdelse af p-båsenes markering ville have givet et par p-pladser mere. Glimrende morgenbuffet, som vi nød med skøn pool- og havudsigt. Få restaurantmuligheder inden for rimelig gåafstand.

Vi besökte hotellet off season och upplevde det rymligt och rent. Det visar upp ålderstecken på gymmet som skulle behöva fungerande maskiner och kanske handdukar och rengöringsspray så man kan torka av maskinerna efter användning. Trevlig frukost som var välskött. Roligt att kunna koka sina egna frukostägg. Bra med parkering för bil på gården. Toppenläge vid stranden och strandpromenaden. Nära till restauranger och matbutik.

Très bel endroit L'emplacement près de la ville d'Arcachon permet de s'y rendre à pied, et de laisser la voiture au parking de l'hôtel. La vue de la chambre côté mer est magnifique, elle donne également sur la piscine extérieure . Proposer deux formules de petit déjeuner est une bonne idée cependant le prix de la nuit est assez élevé et devrait inclure le petit déjeuner car l'accès au spa demande aussi un supplément. Attention à l'entretien de l'hôtel...une porte intérieure de chambre est rongée dans le bas et n'est pas repeinte contrairement au reste de la chambre
