Vacations Close To Arbor Hills Nature Preserve

Check-in and check our staff seem to be overworked. Not friendly at all.

ROACHES! The room had quite a few baby roaches. The hallways smelled like marijuana. The bathroom wasn't cleaned well, had hair on the floor, mirrors were dirty, the tub was chipping away, and the shower head was horrible. There is a "bar" in the hotel so about 2am we got woke up by people being loud in the hallway for about 30 min. Over all you can definitely find something better for the price!

Everything was fantastic. Staff was so kind and the pool was super relaxing. My husband and I really enjoyed our weekend stay. Plan on making future stays for sure.

Check in process was confusing, remotes were missing in the main bedroom couldnt connect or make it work with the other remote. Air-conditioning didnt work properly for three nights after the second day they suggested a different unit because they had to confirm it wasn't working first, absolutely ridiculous. This was an experience that I will never forget a first and last never again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were nice and clean. Lobby was welcoming and the seating area with lounge chairs and couches were inviting. Love the location as it was close to lots of shopping, eateries and venues. Will definitely stay again.
