Foi muito bom, em todos os aspectos. Desde a recepção na chegada, quanto na estadia e na saída. Um café da manhã com bastante variedade e bem gostoso, a cabana que fiquei com minha esposa, foi muito bom, aconchegante, confortável e sairmos com o sentimento de queríamos mais tempo ali. Recomendo muito a estadia, principalmente para descanso, em breve irei voltar.

Hotel Excelente, atendimento excelente. Piscina em área aberta com cascata e piscina coberta e aquecida. A única coisa que não gostei foi a cama de casal que era duas camas de solteiro lado a lado, ao mexer na cama elas se afastavam um pouco.

Uma grande decepção. Era noite de reveillon, restaurante serviu uma comida cara, com uma apresentação ruim. Nos cobraram 95,00 por pessoa, comida fria e suco tang”. Quartos sujos de poeira; banheiros nojentos de lodo; chuveiro com defeito. Um verdadeiro desastre. O hotel, pelas fotos, gera expectativa. Mas a realidade é um fiasco. Pior experiência que já tive com um hotel pela hotels.com

A mobília do quarto é bem velhinha, a cama de casal não tinha colchão de casal. Eram dois colchões de solteiro num lençol de casal. O travesseiro fedia a mofo, o chão era preguento. Mas a comida do café da manhã era gostosa. O restaurante não tem muitas opções, só massa. A parte externa é bonita e agradável, o atendimento é bom, as moças da recepção foram bem atenciosas e o hotel é bem localizado. Não é um lugar ruim, só não correspondeu às expectativas levando em conta a divulgação deles.

Hotel com potencial, mas muito mal cuidado

Apesar da presteza e simpatia da equipe, a infraestrutura do hotel está muito mal cuidada. Fiquei no chalé 05. Achei teia de aranha na porta do quarto, poeira na parede e em cima dos móveis, mofo no teto e parede do banheiro, espelho manchado, retorno de cheiro dos sifões do banheiro, vidro quebrado na janela e a parede do banheiro para o quarto descascada com infiltração. Como estava de passagem e fiquei apenas uma noite, achei melhor não trocar de hotel, mas foi a pior experiência em hotel que tive com a família. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar. Pontos positivos: simpatia da equipe da recepção e restaurante e lojinha de conveniência dentro do hotel. Havia ficado nesse hotel há cerca de 20 anos atrás e a experiência atual (jul/2024) desfez toda a magia e encantamento que tive na primeira estadia.
