O local estava muito limpo! Por mais que o antigo e histórico seja bonito e agrade algumas pessoas, no meu caso, o local do banho é o que mais me incomoda! O piso rústico é desgastado possibilita a devida higiene?? Não é crítico e inaceitável, mas se pudessem melhorar a minha sugestão é essa!!

Hotel antigo, que necessita atenção especial à manutenção. Chuveiro fraco e com agua muito quente. Ducha hogiênica com vazamento. Maçaneta da porta com dificuldade para trancar. O recepcionista é excelente. O chuveiro tem pouquíssima queda de água. O edredom é fino, não aquece, acredito que deveriam ter mantas. O fim da curtina fica batendo no travesseiro. E dá para ouvir barulho das ruas no quarto durante toda a noite.

Quarto limpo, roupas de cama cheirosas, pé direito alto, colchão muito bom, tv com imagem boa, tem ar condicionado mas não precisamos usar, espelho grande no quarto, o chuveiro funciona bem mas não esquenta muito e a vazão de água é mais espalhada. Instalações muito antigas, chuveiro é elétrico é muito ruim. No quarto que fiquei o barulho de carros e motos é intenso. O café da manhã é ok. O atendimento dos funcionários foi legal. Não tem elevador então se ficar no segundo andar e a mala for pesada vai ter dificuldade. Em termo de conforto deixa a desejar. Mas o atendimento compensa.

Excelente estadia, o atendimento é excelente de todos os funcionários, os recepcionistas muito atenciosos, explendida arquitetura, prédio historico e muito conservado, café da manhã delicioso, localização central, mas sem barulho, apenas a ducha do banheiro deixou a desejar, pois a pressão e água estavam espalhadas dificultando o banho, mas nada que um simples ajuste não acerte, mas fui tão bem atendido que realmente me senti em casa.
