Recepção muito ruim. Empregado que parecia uma múmia sem nenhum traquejo para tratar com pessoas. Quarto camas velhas, colchão de molas antigo e muitíssimo desgastado, e afundando. Ar condicionado antigo e sem capacidade de gelar, torneira da pia do banheiro m funcionamento precaríssimo. Café da manhã paupérrimo, sem diversificação. Ou seja, muitíssimo caro para o qualidade do serviço que deixa muito a desejar.

Foi uma estadia regular, quarto amplo e confortável, café da manhã simples, poderia ser melhor, bom atendimento. Porém tinha um grupo de jovens fazendo uma baderna, sem horário, som alto, gritaria, bate porta durante o dia e a noite. Ligamos para recepção para pedir providência, e a resposta que eram hospedes, resposta vaga para que estava com a família e suas filhas fariam prova no domingo pela manhã. Nesse ponto deixou a desejar, pois parece não ter regras.

Fraco, mas uma boa gestão pode resolver!

A gestão do hotel precisa melhorar. Tive alguns problemas importantes, como: 1) Internet ocilava muito (na maior parte do tempo não funcionava); 2) A TV tinha apenas 1 canal. Pedi para mudar de quarto para resolver estes problemas e então a internet foi resolvida, mas a TV tinha 3 canais e o quarto não tinha toalhas. Para pedir toalhas tive que ir até a recepção a noite (dia 20/05/21) pois o recepcionista não atendia o telefone. Eis que o corredor do hotel estava escuro pois o sensor de presença estava desligado. Café da manhã simples, mas ruim considerando o preço que paguei pela diária. Chuveiro, colchão e roupas de cama de boa qualidade.
