Não gostamos das condições de higiene do vaso sanitário. Na minha reserva solicitei um colchão adicional, pois não tinha ainda a confirmação de uma nossa Filha. Estávamos cientes de que ficaríamos num quarto para 04 pessoas. Quando do check-in fomos informados de que o hotel não fornece colchão adicional. Com isso a minha Filha teve que arcar com 02 novas diárias. E-mail do hotel somente nos foi enviado no dia 24 à tarde !!!

O quarto é de bom tamanho. É limpo, porem a cama deixou a desejar, colchao muito mole e barulhento, ta precisando ser trocado, nao bastasse a cama mao esta fixada e fica "andando". Cafe da manha bem basico, nenhum problema para estadias rapidas. O pessoal da recepcao é pouco atrapalhado.

O quarto de bom tamanho, limpeza ok. Mas a cama extremamente barulhenta e com colchao muito mole. Além disso solta da cabeceira. Eu nao sei explicar, mas parecia que tinha algum produto na água do chuveiro. Tudo ficava meio grudento. O café da manhã razoável, para uma estadia curta sem problemas. Os funcionários da recepção são um pouco confusos. Recebi o email para fazer o pré checkin, enviei cópias dos documentos, etc e quando lá cheguei ignoraram o pré checkin e perdeu-se muito tempo.
