Recepcionistas :todos simpáticos em especial Geovana que foi quem nós atendeu. reservei 6 dias pois estavamos participando de uma competição na cidade vizinha porém quando cheguei o estacionamento do hotel fica na outra rua, então explicamos o motivo a ela que iria cancelar as outras diarias e que passariamos somente uma noite ela entendeu e mesma nos deixou guardar o carro na caragem do hotel então ficamos por a semana hospedado. O quarto bem limpo, toalhas cheirosa, café pra mim estava perfeito super recomendo recomendo.

As roupas de cama e toalhas limpas. As paredes sujas. O travesseiro vem com cheiro bem forte, talvez do produto de limpeza. Os funcionários são ótimos! Estacionamento bom mas fora do hotel. Café da manhã razoável. Muitos bolos mas só pão de forma e pão de queijo(quatro). Suco ruim. De frios só apresuntado.

Esperava mais.

Hotel extremamente simples. O quarto que recebi estava com o vaso sanitário solto do chão, o pendurador de toalhas "preso" na parede com um tufo de papel higiênico, o sifão embaixo da pia estava furado e a água vazando no chão. Solicitei a troca de quarto que foi atendida com brevidade. Café da manhã deixou a desejar com a falta de vários itens de alimentos que constavam no cardápio fixado na parede do salão do café da manhã. Falta de cordialidade e descaso por parte da atendente do café da manhã. Estacionamento longe do hotel e com poucas vagas que quase não consegui estacionar uma das vezes pois estava lotado. Está faltando manutenção e reparos. Pintura em geral, camas moles, travesseiros ruins, mesa de cabeceira velha e com estrutura comprometida, sem uma cadeira e mesa de apoio no quarto, poucos cabides e quebrados. A experiência ficou a desejar.
