This was probably the worst check in in my whole trip, the receptionist sent us to the most remote room in the property with a view of the laundry lines and called it a garden view, WE WERE THE ONLY GUESTS AT THE TIME mischarged for the extras. I had to get visibly upset for the room to be changed.

Excelente de modo geral. Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos, sempre com uma ótima atenção. O quarto que fiquei era bom, fica prox a praia e ao “centro” da cidade, então dá para fazer a pé quase tudo. O café da manhã excelente, com comidas já preparadas para servir à vontade e opções feita na hora pela cozinha.

Perfeita. Do check jn ate o check out sempre muito bem tratado. Lugar lindo, wifi em todos os cantos, sem perder a qualidade. Café da manha quase que colonial. No almoço fui comer na barraca chega mais e eles vinha buscar e deixar vc sem custo, sem 10% ou qualquer outra taxa.

O atendimento no hotel foi muito bom, otimos recepcionista, a area de lazer do hotel é muito boa, o cafe da manha muito bom, os drinks do bar fantásticos. Sobre o quarto achei um pouco pequeno e o fato da varanda ser compartilhada com um quarto ao lado nao gostei muito pois restrige a privacidade. O estacionamento era incomodo pois o portao era terrivel, pesado e emperrava sempre e como nao havia porteiro eu precisava descer do carro sempre q entrava e saia para abrir e fechar o portao. No geral é altamente limpo, a comida é maravilhosa e o valor é justo.

A parte da frente da pousada, com vista para a piscina é boa. Mas a parte de trás, principalmente no quarto que nos colocaram, foi pessimo. Lá no fim do fim, super escondido, com nenhuma vista de jardim. Pessimo.
