Achei a estadia ótima pelo valor que paguei.

O hotel tem alguns probleminhas como a cama que não é tão boa e tive um problema com o chuveiro que não esquentava, porém logo foi resolvido. Pelo valor achei o café da manhã ótimo, os funcionários super educados, sorridentes e prestativos. Vim a trabalho e com certeza retornaria para me hospedar caso precisasse voltar a Aracaju.

Um hotel com bons serviços

As pessoas que trabalham, desde os recepcionistas ao pessoal da limpeza e café, são muito gentis e prestativas. O serviço de quarto é bom. O café poderia melhorar um pouco mais, mas, no geral é bom. Agora o que precisa melhorar mesmo urgente é a internet. Fiquei no quarto andar e não conseguia acessar a internet do hotel.

Chegamos após às 14h e nosso quarto ainda não estava disponível. A limpeza estava ok e o café da manhã também. Senti falta de telefone no quarto, para se comunicar com a recepção era necessário descer.

Desde o momento da chegada, o atendimento foi extremamente rude e grosseiro. A recepção não demonstrou nenhuma cordialidade, e a funcionária do café da manhã foi igualmente mal-educada, sem a menor disposição para atender bem. O quarto estava em condições lamentáveis: o banheiro com forte cheiro de urina, dando a impressão de falta total de higiene. As camas tinham lençóis visivelmente usados, o que é inaceitável em qualquer hospedagem. Levei um potinho com uma mistura que costumo consumir no café da manhã: farinha de sementes de linhaça, gérmen de trigo e aveia. Tenho o hábito de levar essa preparação quando viajo, por questões de saúde e alimentação. Na saída do café, fomos até a recepção relatar as péssimas condições do quarto. Para minha surpresa, a recepcionista viu o potinho na minha mão e, de forma grosseira e acusatória, insinuou que eu estava levando comida do hotel, como se estivesse furtando algo. Expliquei imediatamente que o pote era meu e pedi que conferissem as câmeras de segurança, pois entrei com ele. Foi extremamente humilhante, a ponto de eu chorar de constrangimento. Jamais imaginei passar por uma situação tão desrespeitosa como hóspede. Sinceramente, foi A PIOR EXPERIÊNCIA QUE JÁ TIVE EM UM HOTEL. NÃO RECOMENDO E JAMAIS VOLTARIA.

Olha, vi muitos comentários( mais ou menos) falando sobre o hotel! Acho que assim, não tem muito o que discutir! O hotel é simples, mas nem por isso deixou a desejar! Amei os funcionários de lá! Os quartos são simples, porém aconchegantes! Você terá um sono ótimo! O café da manhã não é totalmente “simples” tinha de tudo um pouco! Acho que pelo valor da estadia valeu super a pena! Mas lembrando que o hotel é ótimo pra passar alguns dias! Está localizado em um ótimo ponto.

E um hotel simples, onde os quartos sao simples e antigos, os quartos ainda com ar condicionado de janela, percebemos que ha uma certa dificuldade para manutenção dos quartos. Cafe da manha e simples, mas possui variedades, que em muitos hotéis nao possuem.

Péssimo

Péssimo, o quarto com cheiro de mofo. Cortina toda surja e não vedava totalmente a janela. Tivemos problema com o registro do chuveiro que quando ligávamos, ele vinha na mão . O ralo no meio do banheiro fedia a podre. O chuveiro mal cuidado !!! O armário já bem desgastado, a tv era de tubo ainda . O quarto é totalmente diferente das fotos apresentadas. O elevador tivemos medo em utilizar e o café da manhã muito simples, demorando na reposição. E a piscina muito mal cuidada !! . Não recomendo ! Para as condições que o hotel apresenta deveria ser um preço inferior ao que pedem.
