Boa, mas com ressalvas!

Pousada com ótimo custo-benefício e excelente localização, literalmente ao lado da orla da Aracajú e com fácil acesso aos principais bares e restaurantes da região, dá pra fazer tudo a pé. Os quartos tem um bom espaço, são bonitos, possuem camas confortáveis, um bom ar-condicionado, ótima ducha, mas falham por não ter um local para deixar secar as roupas molhadas, além do que a rede Wi-Fi deixa bem a desejar. A limpeza também precisa melhorar, mesmo solicitando praticamente todos os dias, eles apenas trocam as toalhas e arrumam o quarto, a limpeza mesmo se é feita, é bem por cima. O atendimento da recepção é ok, e o horário de check-in e check-out é padrão como em qualquer outro lugar. A piscina é muito boa para relaxar ao voltar de um passeio mais cansativo, mas também precisa ser limpa com mais frequência. Agora vamos para o ponto principal, o CAFÉ DA MANHÃ. Fechamos essa pousada justamente por ficarmos literalmente "encantados" com as fotos e vídeos do café da manhã, afinal, isso é parte essencial em toda viagem. Porém, infelizmente as fotos não condizem com a realidade. O café da manhã é extremamente bonito, mas para por aí, praticamente tudo é do dia anterior, em especial os salgados, tudo é bem seco e sem gosto, com excessão dos bolos, a parte doce é relativamente boa, mas a parte salgada deixa bem a desejar. A pousada no geral é boa, é muito bonita, novinha e bem cuidada, mas para entrar na cetegoria Boutique a qual se intitulam no Insta, precisa melhorar.

A pousada é muito bem localizada (próxima à Passarela do Caranguejo) e os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e cordiais. Existem apenas 03 vagas de estacionamento - mesmo assim externamente. Apesar da falta de comodidade, isso não chega a ser um problema grave porque não há grande dificuldade para se estacionar na rua. A limpeza dos quartos deixa um pouco a desejar, especialmente nos pisos e nas varandas. No meu quarto, em particular, a tampa do vaso sanitário estava solta e o ar condicionado deixou de funcionar. O pior foi o café da manhã que se ENCERRA às 9:00 horas e isso, sem qualquer aviso direto do hotel.

Qualidade do quarto ok,porém o cheiro do ambiente externo tinha cheiro de urina.o Café da manhã é péssimo,pior experiência de café da manhã que já tive em hotel.Os pães estavam velhos,bolos velhos e não tinha funcionário no local do café da manhã!A única coisa que foi positiva n o hotel foram as instalações do quarto!

Ótima estadia

Ótima estadia! Atendimento bom, os recepcionistas foram atenciosos e prestativos. Apartamento aconchegante, com ótima estrutura de móveis. O café da manhã merece destaque, é incrível! Variado, farto e delicioso. A área da piscina é bem privativa, estrutura boa. Um porém é a atenção aos detalhes na limpeza do banheiro, como vidros do box e nichos com resquício de sabão, ralo da pia com limo. Outro é a manutenção do ar condicionado e chuveiro. Esses pontos nos fizeram trocar de quarto no primeiro dia, e a resolução foi simples e tranquila, graças aos funcionários. Voltaria com certeza.

Localização excelente. A/C deixa a desejar

Localização, limpeza, condições gerais do quarto, tamanho, chuveiro, tudo excelente. A única coisa que deixou a desejar é que o ar condicionado não consegue fazer frente ao calor intenso. Apenas já noite adentro é que a temperatura do quarto começa a ficar agradável. Talvez seja por conta da posição em que o aparelho foi instalado, sobre a porta, no corredor de entrada do quarto, longe da cama e da janela.
