Atendimento ótimo! Porém cama não era confortável, café da manhã péssimo, quarto às janelas fazem barulho devido ao carros na avenida, o vidro chega a tremer. Limpeza ok.

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, dispostos, simpáticos. A propriedade porém, está abandonada. A porta do quarto abria mesmo sem o cartão, parecia ter sido arrombada. Cadeiras preguiçosas na piscina quebradas. Acúmulo de água do ar condicionado em estruturas onde havia fio de energia. Falta de treinamento dos funcionários na limpeza, usando baldes de água pra jogar água no chão em Áreas comuns. Ambiente bem sujo, vaso sanitário amarelo, box passou a estadia toda de mais de 7 dias com as manchas de coloração de cabelo. Espelho do banheiro desde a chegada com muitos respingos. Colchão velho, mole, sem sequer forro. Lençóis em tamanho menor do que a medida do colchão. Chuveiro a gás de morno até frio, mesmo com regulagem. Estacionamento com concreto se desmanchando.

Pelo preço não vale a pena, tem hotéis melhores na cidade pelo mesmo preço. O café da manhã é pago a parte, mas o hotel já é caro e tem outros pelo mesmo preço que oferecem café da manhã. O banheiro estava com vidro do box bem feio e sujo... E o ralo da pia do banheiro estava com um tufo de cabelo enrolado. Diria que a única vantagem frente aos outros hotéis é a localização... De resto não vale.

Hotel com boa estrutura, porém banheiro com box encardido, itens do banheiro soltando, precisa de uma reforma. Cozinha abandonada, muito suja, falta de gerenciamento de “perto”. Colchões confortáveis e piscina excelente, no mais muito a desejar.

Sempre me hospedo nesse hotel. Ele é bem velho e era mal cuidado. Mas dessa ultima vez notei várias mudanças. Estão fazendo algumas melhorias e os funcionários estão atendendo muito bem. O café da manhã é muito bom.

O hotel tem uma estrutura boa, espaçoso. O atendimento excelente dos funcionários. O ponto negativo foi a limpeza do quarto. O chão do quarto sujo, manchas nas paredes e na porta do banheiro. O banheiro estava imundo( pia, vaso e paredes). A minha sugestão é trocar a equipe de limpeza.

PIOR ESTADIA DA MINHA VIDA!

O hotel está caindo aos pedaços! Completamente velho! Cortinas sujas e manchadas, sem qualquer estrutura para ser chamado de HOTEL! As cadeiras da varanda são plásticas com marca de cervejas! Fiquei incrédula com aquilo! No banheiro não tem uma cantoneira no box, azulejos beijos e manchados, em cima da pia os lugares para colocar lâmpadas estão VAZIOS! O hotel não oferece o BÁSICO!!- TV tinham 4 círculos manchados na tela. Na piscina tem uma estrutura de Bar que não funciona. O café da manhã? Meu Deus! Pães duros, todos os dias só tinham melancia e mamão (nenhum outro tipo de fruta) , não tem um GRILL pra esquentar o pão, o cuscuz terrível com gosto de nada. Até os ovos eram ruins. Teve um dia que ofereceram suco de morango e uva, apenas essas duas opções feitas de SUCO EM PÓ! Eu fiquei estática com tamanha falta de respeito com os hóspedes! Eu reservei esse hotel ERRONEAMENTE, achando que estava reservando a pousada encanto das águas e quase tive uma síncope quando cheguei lá. Além de que é super distante! Fica 25min da orla! A única coisa que lá presta é o atendimento dos funcionários que são SUPER educados e simpáticos! No mais, nota ZERO! Piro estadia que tive em toda minha vida! NÃO indico a ninguém ficar lá!

Péssima experiência: quartos velhos, mobília de mal gosto, ar-condicionados não funcionam bem... Banheiro velho, roupas de cama de má-qualidade... Precisa de uma renovação urgente! Economia na hospedagem que não vale a pena!!! Troquei de quarto pq o ar-condicionado não funcionava e o problema persistiu na nova acomodação!!!
