Tive uma estadia simplesmente maravilhosa! Desde a chegada, fui muito bem atendida os funcionários Eduarda e Ronald extremamente atenciosos e simpáticos que ainda me presenteou com um upgrade — um gesto que fez toda a diferença na minha experiência. O quarto era amplo, muito melhor do que eu havia reservado, proporcionando ainda mais conforto durante a estadia. A piscina estava excelente, perfeita para momentos de descanso, e o ambiente geral do hotel era muito tranquilo e agradável. O café da manhã também merece destaque: muito saboroso, variado e bem servido. A rede Andrade está realmente de parabéns pela equipe que possui. Fica claro o cuidado com o treinamento dos colaboradores, que sabem receber os hóspedes com atenção, educação e profissionalismo. Com certeza voltarei e recomendo a todos!

No anúncio estava incluso o estacionamento, mas ao chegar ao hotel fomos informados que devíamos pagar uma taxa adicional de R$ 30,00 para usar o estacionamento do hotel, ou deixar fora (na frente) sem que o hotel se responsabilizasse pelo veículo. Os funcionários muito simpáticos e acolhedores, café da manhã muito bom. Com exceção do episódio do estacionamento, demais itens foram satisfatórios, seria bom apenas informar no anúncio essa questão do estacionamento.
