Home away from home

I had 2 trips to this hotel for a total of 16 days. Staff is awesome. Food is great. I rented the Chale room both times. Beer and food poolside everyday for my vacation. Perfect place

É a terceira vez que me hospedo neste hotel, porem a manutenção não esta sendo bem feita, meu banheiro vazava agua pelo box molhando tapete e o chão, as peças torneiras e descarga estão manchadas de silicone e pu que ja passaram sem o devido cuidado dando aparencia de sujeira, poucas tomadas no quarto para carregar celulares. Na piscina a escada é desproporcional na sua altura, eu pessoalmente tive que ajudar um hospede a sair pois não alcançava o degrau de tão alto, e falta um atendimento adequado no bar. A localização é privilegiada, porem estão deixando a desejar, nestas tres temporadas que passei, não vi nenhuma melhoria, só esta caindo a qualidade. O hotel claramente precisa de manutenção e atenção a alguns detalhes. No primeiro quarto que nos foi disponibilizado, havia móveis e outros equipamentos em estado ruim de conservação. Reclamamos e fomos alocados em um quarto melhor,. Aceitamos e permanecemos hospedados nele, mas, ainda assim, havia detalhes, especialmente no banheiro, que precisam de atenção

Es un muy buen hotel, donde es posible tener una excelente experiencia. Todo funciona correctamente y la atención de todos los colaboradores es destacable. La piscina tiene el agua limpia y agradable; el desayuno es muy bueno. La limpieza es impecable tanto en la habitación como en todas las áreas comunes. El servicio interno de turismo también es recomendable. Los espacios están bien distribuidos y bien pensados. La ubicación es muy buena y cuenta con garaje interno gratuito. He pagado buenos precios para fin de año, que es temporada alta. La habitación, con todos los servicios funcionando perfectamente. Altamente recomendable esta pousada en Aracaju.
