Precisa melhorar a higiene

Não recomendo o hotel pois a falta de higiene é muito grande e o compromisso dos funcionários é zero mandei mensagem pedindo um quarto no térreo por conta da minha esposa ter problema no joelho e nunca me responderam me ignoraram e também o banheiro é encardido acento do vaso sanitário é horrível tô tentando mandar as fotos mais o aplicativo não deixa enviar as fotos do banheiro

Não recomendo. 4 diárias = 4 dias de banho com agua fria. Toalhas encardidas e rasgadas. Colchão de espuma (muito mole). Todos os dias precisei ir na recepção buscar a toalhas que a camareira retirava e não fazia reposição. A limpeza do banheiro deixou muito a desejar.. O café da manhã é bom e o estacionamento também.

Razoável. O quarto cheirava a mofo, mas conseguimos outro em condição melhor. Só limparam o quarto no 2° dia de estadia, após insistência. O café da manhã é bom, a área externa e piscina muito boas.
