Pictures of the hotel are mislead. The hotel in reality looks like an apartment complex. There is no space to park safely on the street and if you want to park on the property grounds the parking space is limited and crowded, cars block each others. Horrible…..checking experience was terrible. The lady at the front desk was the worst, very ghetto like. Our room was a unit outside the main building and it felt like we were sleeping in the storage area. Can’t comment on cleaning and facilities because we grabbed our luggage and left the property. I simple did not feel safe as well. Booked another hotel and took the loss. For locals that are in a tight budget is fine, but if you want to enjoy your stay as a foreigner and be close to the beach, restaurants and a nice area do yourself a favor and book a better hotel.

Tenho observação apenas para o estacionamento, pois as vagas são presas e o local não comporta todos os veículos conforme o número de hospedagens, tendo que deixar o carro estacionado na rua sobre a calçada. Sendo um pouco arriscado para multas ou mesmo algum acidente. Nas demais coisas foi muito bom, com ressalva para as tolhas de banho. Retorno com toda certeza.

Realizei a reserva deste hotel pois, no momento da contratação, estava claramente informado que o café da manhã estava incluso na diária. No entanto, ao chegar ao local, fui surpreendida com a informação de que o café da manhã não fazia parte da minha reserva, sendo cobrado à parte no valor de R$ 39,90. Essa situação é extremamente frustrante, pois influencia diretamente na escolha do hotel e no planejamento da estadia. Me senti lesada, já que a informação apresentada no momento da compra não foi respeitada.

Ficamos surpreendidos ao descobrirmos que não havia café da manhã incluso , reli o anúncio e para mim não fica clara essa informação , apesar dos funcionários serem bem educados , havíamos reservado os quartos no terceiro andar e sem nos consultar , nos mudaram de quarto e nos acomodaram em dois quartos no térreo que ficam na parte de trás do hotel , outro ponto que deveriam melhorar são as condições das toalhas , além de estarem encardidas , eram super ásperas , chegando a incomodar na hora de nos enxugarmos .
