The room, though a little small, was clean and the bed was comfortable. The showers are great and balcony is small but s wonderful breeze off the ocean. That staff were all friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Breakfast was great. We spent a good time in the pool which is a great size and the right temperature, and having the wet bar was also very convenient and made good drinks. I really enjoyed my stay and if I a back here I will stay again.

café da manhã muito bom, embora a fila da tapioca seja bem grande. inicialmente ficamos em quarto deluxe, mas o ar condicionada pingou pra dentro do quarto a noite toda e só vimos pela manhã minha bolsa de praia toda molhada. Depois fomos para um standart, mas tivemos problemas com a TV que não pegava canais streaming, o controle não funcionava, não trocava de cal, depois o controle não funcinava: perdemos cerca de 1hora e meia com o pessoal da manutenção no nosso quarto entrando e saindo, trocando a tv, pilhas, controle, etc. Como choveu bastante a noite nos dias em que estivemos hospedados, "alagou" o piso do nosso qaurto. A chuva batia na janela e passava por dentro da parede, que "minava" pelo azuleijo dentro do quarto, tanto que ficamos com tapates de banheiro no chão do quarto pra evitar levantar de madrugada e escorregar no piso molhado, como aconteceu na 1a noite. Mas, recebemos a informação de que não era possível nos trocar de quarto, porque o hotel estava cheio. o Hotel é bom, com boa localização pra quem não quer ficar na agitação da Atalaia, mas tivemos alguns pequenos contratempos além dos citados: um dia sem sabonete na pia, outro sem toalha de rosto.

Só não gostei do quarto que escolhi que não tinha janela ampla. Me senti sufocada e tive que trocar. Era considerado o quarto mais bem decorado e tive que trocar por um que não agradei tanto mas tinha melhor luz e ventilação. No restante considero um bom lugar para se hospedar. O preço considero elevado comparado com hotéis bem superiores que já me hospedei.

O hotel é muito bom , localização excelente , tem Um bar na praia com atendimento impecável, no entanto, A camareira do hotel, mal educada e grosseira , entre as situações ocorrida como o frigobar sujo no dia do cheking, ela entra no quarto sem bater no quarto e ainda sai e não pede desculpas. Fora essa situação constrangedora, o hotel merece uma ótima avaliação
