Em relação a equipe do hotel em si hotel não deixam a desejar, todos muito educados e prestativos. O ambiente estava limpo, inclusive os lençóis e etc. O resto é péssimo. Café fraquíssimo, barulho nos corredores, portas batendo, ar-condicionado sujo, em descarga sem funcionar, e para finalizar o vidro do box, que estava emperrado, quebrou enquanto eu tentava tomar banho, fiquei cheio de vidro e alguns cortes. Não recomendo.

Olha, uma das piores hospedagens da minha vida. A nota geral está inflada por causa da localização do hotel, que de fato é muito boa, no meio da praia de Atalaia. Mas o hotel está muito velho e precisando de muita manutenção. Quando fizemos check-in, percebemos que estavam faltando 1 tolha de banho e toalha de rosto, ao pedir na recepção, o atendente, constrangido, informou que não tinha no momento. Só mais tarde apareceram duas de banho (de rosto não tinha), e mesmo assim muito surradas (quase transparentes). Nosso banheiro tinha um vazamento de água que alagava o piso (a caída do piso não dava pro ralo). Foram 3 dias pedindo manutenção e o pessoal não conseguia consertar. Me deram um rodo pra eu ir puxando água. No último dia nos trocaram de quarto. Aí, quando mudamos de quarto, vimos que no nosso não tinha ducha higiênica nem secador de cabelo (nesse novo quarto tinha). Colchão bom, ar-condicionado bom. Café da manhã bom também, sem muita variedade, mas bem servido. Encontramos com um hóspede no elevador que disse que a descarga do quarto não funcionava, deram um balde pra eles. Ficamos dando risada (de nervoso). Enfim.. é um hotel bem localizado mas muito necessitado de um boa reforma e melhora nos serviços de roupa de banho.

O cardápio do café da manhã é razoável, com opção de frutas e integrais. O quanto 2 andar tinha vista mar. O Hotel fica bem Localizado, uma rua atrás da praia. Fica no centro de Atalaia perto dos Arcos e apenas 5km do aeroporto. Perto do hotel tem vários restaurantes, conveniências e farmácias. O hotel já está velhinho, precisa algumas manutenções e encontrei baratinhas no quarto. Mas custo benefício bom por conta da excelente localização.
