O atendimento é o ponto forte. Maravilhoso. Quarto bom, modero, limpo, chuveiro bom. Hotel muito bom. O ponto negativo é o preço, tanto da hospedagem quanto do restaurante. Podia ser mais realista. Café da manhã muito bom, mas podia ter opções doces. Só tem 1 bolo e 1 pão de chocolate com 1 gotinha de chocolate.

A estadia foi muito boa. A equipe de funcionários é muito educada e cortês, principalmente a equipe do restaurante. O local é seguro e tranquilo. Só sentimos falta de opções regionais no café da manhã, como cuscuz e o nosso bom café coado (as opções são apenas em cápsulas); no entanto, as opções oferecidas, em termo de quantidade, são fartas. O hotel recebe muito bem nossos pets. O meu não queria ir embora.. o café da manhã e fabuloso e o restaurante tem um dos melhores chefes. O hotel é muito bem getencuado e tem um time muito bem treinado e que fazem um trabalho maravilhoso. O hotel, além de ser novo, e tranquilo e suoer agradável. Esse hotel boutique é o melhor dentre todos os que já me hospedei. Tudo muito limpo, todos os funcionários super atenciosos e simpaticos, digo todos sem exceção, comida excelente, café da manhã é a ala carte, mas com opcoes de escolhas bem variadas e super saborosas, piscina muito bonita e limpa, um sossego maravilhoso para quem procura descanso, é um lugar pequeno, mas muito aconchegante, o quarto com ótimo tamanho e muito cheirosinho, me senti no quarto da minha casa, tem um otimo tamanho, cama com colchão e enxoval excelentes, cortina com black-out, toalhas de banho e rosto fofinhas e cheirosas. Eu super indico o Carnaúba Hotel Boutique, e ficarei nele sempre que vier ao Ceará. Parabéns à todos e muito obrigada por todo o carinho, cuidado e atenção dedicados ❤️🥰

Parabéns equipe do hotel bem atenciosa. Todos bem atenciosos, parabens sr Alcir, Joao e Edilesio e outros. Otima estadia. Tivemos problema com ar condicionado que prontamente foi resolvido. Pontos de melhora: restaurante:comida muito gostosa, mas sugerido aumentar variedade do cardápio, peixes locais, frutas da estacão para sobremesa, e a sopa de cebola que pedi nao era sopa de cebola era creme de cebola. Hotel super aconchegante, com linda decoração e espaços novos e super limpos. O quarto é maravilhoso e estava tudo funcionando muito bem. Gostaria de destacar a atenção, educação e simpatia de todo o staff, desde a recepção até os garçons e barman. Café da manhã com ótimas opções e bem gostoso! Ponto negativo apenas em relação ao restaurante. O cardápio poderia ter mais opções de sanduiches e opções geladas (açai, sorvete etc). A equipe de cozinha é super desorganizada infelizmente, os pedidos atrasam demais, saem desordenados e é possivel ouvir os funcionários gritando de dentro do salão. Se resolver isso, vai ser nota 10!

Comodidades muito boas, staff cordial, boa localização porem sem serviço de praia. O único ponto a melhorar é o serviço do restaurante, que precisa de um gerente supervisor. Tempos de espera muito longos (exemplo 30min para servir 1 vinho, 60min por um prato), atendentes desorganizados, claramente sem divisão de tarefas e com algumas situações bizarras, tipo todos passam por uma mesa vazia com pratos sujos mas ninguém recolhe, muitas vezes todos somem para a cozinha ficando o salão vazio; vários atendentes fazem a mesma pergunta aos clientes, porem não resolvem. Enfim.. nada que não se resolva com uma gestão mais profissional mas precisam se atentar a este tema.
