Nice and comfortable

Very welcoming staff, nice and comfortable room, with coffee and tea, hot water in the shower. It's perfectly located, a few steps from the beach and easy to walk to the Jett bus stop. It felt like a very safe area, even in the dark.

Everything was excellent - the carpet in my room could have been a little bit cleaner, the bed a little more comfortable, but the service was excellent, the breakfast was excellent, everyone was very hlpful ad kind.

First time at Nairoukh . was surprised from the place very clean and renovated , Staff was really helpful and friendly , Breakfast was great and plenty . Prices are very reasonable , Overall great stay will do it again .

Standard, comfortable rooms situated close to the downtown area but still being actoss the road from the beach. Note that not all rooms overlook the sea. Good buffet breakfast.

Good location and value

Very good location, next to beach. We got two attached rooms for 4 people in family. shopping and restaurants are in walking distance as well as walk to boat trips, Aqaba castle etc. all in all good value for money.

Great food & staff, with a view!

Great hotel! Amazing staff, amazing breakfast buffet! The room itself left a little more to be desired...the size was good, the bed was decent (pillows = A+!), but the carpet was gross and needed to be replaced (stained, burned, coming up in some areas etc). The bathroom was also musky and needs better ventilation, but overall i would def stay here again! I had the seaview suite and TOTALLY worth it!

Great experience in Aqaba. The workers at the hotel were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was big, with lots of choices.The instalations were great, great rooms, great view and very clean. I would repeat.

The hotel it is well located. Across from the beach. Amazing staff. Wonderful breakfast. We had a big room and a nice view. The mattress needs an upgrade. Very clean. I would recommend it to family and friends.

Great staff, very friendly, they upgraded my room and gave us a partial sea view, room was equipped nicely. One thing only, no hot water it was narely warm. Even i called amd they tried but no results. It was one night stay so we managed by increasing the heater temperature in the room. Try it first before getting surprised later that night ;-)

Very good for a price. Needed a samll, neat place for myself for one short night and it was perfect for its price. Very much in the center, easy to walk to main areas in the city. One thing I didn't like was as the room was small the cold air from the ac would fall directly on the head even after trying to adjust the fan movements.

Nice hotel, helpful staff

Nice hotel located in front of the red sea. Comfortable room and nice view. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived some hours before the check in time and they let us in. Also, at the end of our trip, our flight got cancelled we had to get back to Amman for a flight. The staff managed to get us a car in just a few minutes (that was around 10pm) to drive us on the next day 6am. Great service.

Front desk worked hard to make my room available in the morning before the official check in time. I had travelled 20 hours and was very tired. They arranged the room to be ready 20 minutes from my arrival at before 9 am. So kind! The room was ok but a bit worn out and the kettle wasn’t working. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breafast could be better as there were not very many options to choose from. All in all, a good value for money.

No space to park ur car, room needs maintenance same for the bathroom (shower/toilet cover/shower door) Room is very very small where it is defined as deluxe room. City view is very bad. We were charged for water bottle we did not use.
