Nice rooms, friendly staff, easy parking. The place is quiet and conveniently located. They went well beyond our expectations as they even arranged for a proper New Year dinner despites the curfew and sanitary restrictions of 2020.

Un séjour agréable dans le Luberon

Chambre confortable et agréable, personnel accueillant, petit déjeuner très bien. Par contre il n'y a pas de parking propre à l'hôtel, celui-ci est le parking municipal en face, non clos ni surveillé (mais pas de problème cependant).

Séjour agréable, très bon accueil, petit déjeuner et repas au restaurant attenant à l'hôtel (un régal) !! Il est vrai que la moquette de la montée d'escalier aurait besoin d'être changée mais on ne dort pas dans les escaliers ...... Et la chambre était confortable, spacieuse et très accueillante. Merci, nous reviendrons.

Le service était excellent Adeline qui s'occupe de l'hôtel à été très aimable même si nous ne l'avions pas croisé souvent Elle a été chaleureuse à travers le téléphone et nous a rendu un grand service en receptionnant notre commande de sushi De plus nous sommes arrivés 1h à l'avance et aucun supplément nous a été demandé Même si physiquement le personnel n'était pas toujours présent, les numéros de portable sont indiqués à l'accueil pour le joindre Le seul point négatif c'est au niveau de l'insonorisation. Il y a un restaurant juste à côté et il y avait de l'animation (samedi soir) Mais si nous devons y retourner ça serait avec grand plaisir

le ou la gérante absent à notre arrivée et nous ne les avons jamais vu !! car la chambre était déjà payée donc à notre départ la clef a été rendue au restaurant d'à coté. Chambre mal rénovée avec un des 2 lits en mauvais état, seule la salle de bains était correcte. Hôtel à éviter absolument

Hotel Luberon à Apt

Un accueil froid aux premiers abord, puis beaucoup plus souriant par la suite. J'ai fait remonté un dysfonctionnement dans la salle de bain de la porte douche qui ne se ferme pas car elle est complètement désaxée. Débit très faible de la robinetterie et de la douche, impossible de se doucher convenablement, installation certainement vieillotte en raison de la structure hôtelière qui commence à avoir de l'âge. Les toilettes sont dans le couloir (et non dans la salle de bain qui, cette dernière, est privative), et une chasse qui fonctionne avec un débit d'eau très faible (prenez donc vos mesures par avance lol). J'ai apprécié le linge de toilette (serviettes de bain) et les produits de toilette (savon et shampoing) et l'amabilité du personnel de ménage, la chambre est faite tous les matins. Le wifi : la connexion n'est pas au top dans cette chambre, par contre la ville d'Apt est très bien desservi en 4G...
