Very clean, a suite with a real kitchen and cookware and table ware. Rainfall shower head was luxurious. Price was unbelievably low which is a how I booked one night at this long term stay hotel. Helpful staff.

This property served our needs as we were only there for a few hours in between flights. The space was nice and roomy and the kitchen had some nice features although could have used a little more cleaning on the stove area.

Room was nice and clean and contained everything we needed in the the kitchenette. The break was unexpectedly huge and the coffee bar is always open. The staff was exceedingly polite and helpful. A great value I'd recommend to everyone.

Our family spent the night in a 2 bedroom family suite. Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was good. Rooms were spacious but a bit in need of updating. Great place for the price. Lisa was very warm & friendly at check out.

Hotel was generally run down - holes in the ceilings, broken / ragged furniture, toilets that flush every hour on their own, broken tub drains, stained carpets, scuffed paint, etc. Basically, it used to be a Marriott, but apparently got sold, and now it is a Mainstay, and desperately needs cleaning and updating. Beyond that, we found someone else's food still in our room, and the buffet for breakfast is about the most basic and sad breakfast I have ever seen at a hotel. If you are looking for a super cheap place to lay your head at night, go for it - the location is pretty perfect next to the mall, and the indoor heated pool is small but a nice touch fkr the kids. I dont think youll write home about how wonderful the hotel is, but again, if you just need a place to sleep without spending a fortune, this would be it. You get about what you pay for.

We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was amazing. We were disappointed at the unexpected missing hot tub as there was one in the picture, however the pool was warmer. It was very quiet. We did not hear anyone else while we stayed.

Disappointed that the hot tub was removed. The staff was not very friendly. The breakfast was not good. The eggs rubbery and sausage was rubbery as well. Last year it was very good and tasted fresh. This year it felt like no one really cared.
