The staff was fantastic and whatever I needed they were able to come up with right away. Special shout out to MAN who does nights while working days as a computer programmer. Very impressive young gentleman !! Also, the gym equipment was quite reasonable and complete as well as the hot tub and pool

My room was fine. I did not use the game room nor pool area, but they looked to be in good shape. The breakfast was a 5/10. My biggest turn-off was the number of cigarette butts on the ground outside the front door. Yuk.. I used the restaurant next door, which connects to the lobby. Service there was great, but it took forever to get my meal. When I did, the grilled chicken was good, the rest of the meal was terrible.

The bed sheets and towels were clean and the floor vacuumed, but the rest of the room was a different story. The tub's caulk was moldy and the surround cracked and crudely repaired. Surfaces, walls, and trim were grimy and beat up throughout. There was a musty, urine smell if we didn't run the air conditioning - very unpleasant. The hotel had high marks for cleanliness in reviews, which was a driver for booking there. I wonder if we were given a lower quality room since we booked through Expedia...? I'm glad this was only a 1-night stay; we otherwise would've checked out early. Overall I suggest skipping this hotel and looking elsewhere to spend the night.
