“Deceiving and dated. The hotel location was completely different. From the map it was shown it was easily 30 min to 45min depending on the traffic. When inquired about this with the GM he responded it is expedia issue which was a strange answer. At a minimum this needs to be updated. Rooms were just okay, some maintenance issues, but reasonably clean. The only consolation was the breakfast and other staff members who were nice.”

“To my shock, when I walked into the Hotel, with my Expedia booking, the Hotel staff told me that they do not accept any Online bookings as they had stopped honoring any online bookings about 3 months back. I then had to call Expedia for a full Refund and then take this hotel via in-person booking, Luckily Room was still available and I was able to check-in after about an hour of delay. Please contact this hotel directly for any booking. Thanks!”
