“First of all I booked this hotel in Sept for a stay in Dec and it was 10 of us that were supposed to stay… I called and called to make sure everything was good with the reservation and No one answers, I finally get down to the morning of my stay bcus I hadn’t received any instructions on how to enter the property and called some more no answer so I reach out to hotels. com to let them know and they said they would call then all of a sudden I receive a text message that says I’m sorry I missed...

“After receiving confirmation on our stay and booking, after calling to ask questions about the property and get answers, we arrived and call for check and the property was not available. Had to made numerous call to get help and after spending significant time trying to get the issue resolved, we just had to go a different way and get a place ourselves. Will never used them again and the property people also very unprofessional ”
