“This was the best hotel/resort that I've been to! It is amazing, so beautiful and clean. The staff are wonderful, happy, and very helpful and accommodating. The food was great! I loved how eco friendly the hotel is. The spa is amazing! I enjoyed most of their treatments and facilities. There are many activities and excursions for everyone. “The longemente was clean, but the employees were very unfriendly and although the reservation sais we had yo leave by 11 am, the housekeepers knocket at our door about 9am and said we had to leave. When we arrive there was no one in the lodgement and we had to find a phone number to ask someone to let us in the room. Anyway, I guess the lodgement was not fully finished.”
