If you are looking for a calm hideaway with comfortable temperatures at night this is your place to go. It felt like coming home again, being welcomed by the warm hearted and kind people from back then. Absolute recommendation is the food they offer. “This was the best hotel/resort that I've been to! It is amazing, so beautiful and clean. The staff are wonderful, happy, and very helpful and accommodating. The food was great! I loved how eco friendly the hotel is. The spa is amazing! I enjoyed most of their treatments and facilities. There are many activities and excursions for everyone. I am obsessed with this place and I will be back again and again!”

“Overall we had a great stay beautiful rooms five-star amenities epic breakfast with the most beautiful breathtaking view of the mountains the staff was great especially nacteria who was super helpful They managed to have a rental car delivered to the hotel. And that was beyond the good service. We are definitely thinking of going back for a second vacation to the same lovely hotel.”

“Im großen und ganzen echt sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und im Durchschnitt war eigentlich immer für jeden beim Essen was dabei. Bei der Sauberkeit sollte dennoch noch etwas mehr nachgeholfen werden.”

Oasis has lower prices and better breakfast but the rooms are not as nice as the Lighthouse. However, the Lighthouse staff are much less friendly and less helpful than the Oasis. Overall, the Oasis seems like a much better value.”

“The longemente was clean, but the employees were very unfriendly and although the reservation sais we had yo leave by 11 am, the housekeepers knocket at our door about 9am and said we had to leave. When we arrive there was no one in the lodgement and we had to find a phone number to ask someone to let us in the room. Anyway, I guess the lodgement was not fully finished.”
