This place has the best customer service. The ladies at the front desk are so helpful. I have stayed here every time I go to Apia because I feel at home here.

Great place to stay

The White House staff were excellent, the room was great and the breakfast was great but it is on a main road so lots of traffic noise which was noisy at night so had to keep the air conditioner on to drown out the traffic noise rather than just using the fan.

Staff and service was great they're lovely and friendly we check in and we saw the bed was not on the good condition the bed sheets wasn't change but thanks to the service they went back and do it for the guest even the location was good is close to Apia

For the price you simply can not fault this place. It's simple and perfect for a night or two. The staff are excellent. And the location is very convenient.

The hospitality was absolutely amazing from arrival to departure. Staff went over and above to making sure we were looked after each day. Facilities were suitable and met our needs for the duration of our stay. Prime location to the markets, and town. Had the best holiday experience and highly recommend this hotel for your next stay. Affordability so that you can spend more on shopping and local activities.

I stayed for 8 nights at the hotel and I had a wonderful time! The staff is very caring and friendly, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is solid. Only negative aspect is the location. The hotel is at one busy road leading into Apia. So it was a bit noisy from time to time.
