Check in era para as 10 00 hs e nos chegamos 11 00 hs e quando fui falar com o proprietário ele disse que iria demorar pois não tinha um quarto limpo 11 30 arrumaram um quarto e ao chegar lá nenhum controle funcionava nem do ar e nem da tv e quando fui falar com o proprietário o mesmo disse que iria demorar pois teria que mandar alguém comprar as pilhas pois não tinha mais e foi muito ríspido e não entendo pois o erro era dele e demorou bastante para devolver Infelizmente o local decaiu muito nos frequentadores sem respeito algum com os outros hospedes Café da manhã já foi melhor mais decaiu muito e se for pedido para repor algo tive que escutar que ia demorar para repor e fiquei sem entender o porque Na tarde de domingo chegou uma turma do pedal achando que estavam em casa retirando tênis roupas e ate entrando na piscina sendo que não eram hospedes Garotada jogando bola as 23 00hs no estacionamento e não gostaram muito quando fui reclamar pois queria dormir

Voltaria para me hospedar novamente , o hotel é simples mas funcional . As camas são confortáveis , tem frigobar e ar condicionado ,o chuveiro é ótimo . Apenas a descarga do banheiro não foi tão legal . Aceita pets , tem um café da manhã bom . Porém não é tão pertinho da basílica a pé , e não tivemos serviço de quarto pois ficamos só 2 dias .
