A little bit far but worth to stay 2 nights at least. The food and service are good. They serve two free drinks for our dinner. Breakfast place can see the view and we can enjoy self making sandwich also we can prepare some more and bring out for lunch. Very good !
Good sized and lovely room although the bathroom is really small. Taking bath in the bathroom is a pain even for Asians (hard to avoid not banging into the walls as you try to shower or soap yourself). Futon was kinda firm as well compared to the other Ryokan that I have stayed at with futons. For the price paid the breakfast is really lacking.
First, there’s no hot spring, only hot water bath. There’s a grand piano at the center of the lobby free for guests to play. It’s fun for few individuals to play but a torture for the rest of the guests. The sound proof of rooms is not so good. While the hotel is rather new and the lobby area is spacious and the room was clean, the noise was unpleasant.
The room was rather large but bathroom was a squash. An XXL person would not fit in it. Room was clean and the view fantastic. As mentioned paying in excess of Y35,000 you would expect a full breakfast option- no Japanese food but toast and jam - that's it !
Great place to visit for couples and families, serene and relaxing.

Ver few staff to help you. The quality of meals was the worst I had in decades of staying in Japan.. They charge you like a hot spring hotel but the service and both meals are way off..and it is not a hot spring hotel. Not recommendabl!
