“We went to the birds eye view, for five days, in Como and all I can say is breathtaking. From the decor to the comfort of the apartment to the views as well as the location. Everything was perfect. We were made to feel so welcome by the people who were behind the organisation of it all, and the location of the apartment to Como center and the station is really good, all within 10-15 min walk. And, if you love the water it's only a 10 minute walk to the water front. We absolutely loved this...

Excellent communication with the host via email and WhatsApp Slightly narrow stairs and veranda to access the property so probably not so good for visitors with reduced mobility otherwise excellent”

The location is amazing - the funicular is just nearby and takes you down to Como. The views from up high are absolutely breathtaking! L’appartamento è stato ristrutturato di recente ed è in ottime condizioni, con spazi ben organizzati e dotazioni adatte anche a una famiglia con una bambina piccola. La pulizia non era impeccabile in ogni dettaglio, ma comunque decisamente superiore alla media. In beiden großen Räumen Klimaanlage, die allerdings im oberen Schlafraum an ihre Grenzen stößt (wobei man klar sagen muss, dass 32 Grad Außentemperatur halt auch nicht grade wenig ist). Komplett mit großer Küche und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Aber nur ein Bad, was bei mehr als 4 Personen halt entsprechende Logistik erfordert. “An amazing stay in como! You’re in the heart of everything. So close to the ferry docks and the first bus stop on the way to lenno for the villa. (Necessary to get on the first stop if you want a seat for the 1.5hr bus ride) amazing host, answered all my questions and was so kind. Check in was seamless.”

Además no pudimos acceder al hotel porque la recepción cierra a las 20:00. La empatía del recepcionista ha sido fatal, no nos quiso ayudar. Hoteles.com no nos ha reembolsado, no se hacen cargo.
