“My parents requested a water kettle, but it was not provided by the hotel. They also requested additional towels, which were never delivered.
More importantly, my elderly parents could not sleep at all during the night because of the loud DJ and excessive noise. They had their U.S. visa interview scheduled for the next morning, and they were extremely tired due to the lack of sleep.
We were highly disappointed with our stay. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for elderly guests or...

“Excelente hotel…. Muy limpio muy cómodo muy buena la atención. Su personal es muy profesional y preocupado por atender bien. Siempre me ofrecieron mucha ayuda fueron muy útiles en todo lo que les solicité. Se esforzaron al máximo por atenderme y ayudarme en todo. Poseen un excelente restaurante”
