Hotel was lovely with very welcoming staff on arrival and departure. We used the luggage storage facility before and after checking in/out and it was great and our bags were well looked after. The room was lovely and spacious with everything you could need.

Perfect location

Nice stay easy to get around as it’s opposite the central train station so easy for travel in and out . There is a metro underneath to so easy to get to all the sites . Some things are a bit tired not all in all a great stay

The views from the front of this hotel are exceptional, not getting around that. The hotel is starting to feel a little tired in quite a few places and needs some modernising. Having an indoor pool was really good but the rest of the facilities are a bit worn out. We walk everywhere and the area directly outside the hotel isn’t very pleasant with a lot of locals riding mopeds on the paths and some lower class shops but as soon as you’ve got to the city boundary 200 meters away everything changes and Antwerp is a lovely city. We’d return to Antwerp but unfortunately not this hotel.
