Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The description is totally inaccurate. Critical for me was parking; I was specifically looking for properties with parking. The description said it was included, so I was willing to pay a premium for the stay. Turns out, it isn't, and I had to fork out another 60 EUR for parking at the nearest parking garage, which was 10 min walk from the property. The management office where I got the keys is about 15 min drive from the property itself. The bedsheets were dirty. Only a single towel was made available. No outdoor space despite it being advertized. The stairs leading to the apartment are very steep with short runs. That made descending the stairs treacherous and I almost fell twice. Dangerous escpecially while carrying luggage.
