Hotel novo, impecável, mas fico com a sensação que não acabaram de decorar, uma sensação de vazio, falta aconchego, inclusive no quarto. Café da manhã pode melhorar, muita coisa de qualidade duvidosa. Como os yogurtes com sabor, os frios e os sucos. Café frio! Mas pedi um café no meio da manhã e a moça da cozinha fez a gentileza de fazer um novinho para mim! Ah, sendo em Antônio Prado, senti falta de produtos orgânicos

Quase dez! Faltou pouco.

O hotel, no geral, é muito bom, é quase dez. Infelizmente dois pontos específicos não ajudaram na nota: a poeira no piso do quarto (precisa ser passado aspirador de pó e um pano úmido); o pó não aparece devido ao tipo de piso, mas os pés ficavam sujos ao pisá-lo; e o outro ponto desfavorável foi a temperatura do café no serviço de café da manhã, estava quase morno. Para quem gosta de café, isso é um desastre.

PASSEIO EM ANTÔNIO PRADO

Ao chegar no hotel, achei que a recepção nao foi agradável, poderiam ser mais simpáticos e receptivos, nem oferecer um carrinho para as malas nao ofereceram, onde deveria ter uma pessoa para isto, auxiliando e ajudando os hóspedes, faltou um colaborador para este fim, auxiliar os clientes na chegada e na saida, principalmente na chegada, onde o cliente nao conhece os sistemas do hotel, a piscina achei que tambem deveria ter alguem.para organizar, tudo muito bagunçado pelos hóspedes, na pisscina um hotel dessa categoria tinha que ter uma pessoa para monitorar l, mantendo a organizacao e seguranca, quanto ao quarto, tudo certo, no restaurante quando fomos jantar na primeira noite, fomos muito mal atendidos, sendo que nao tinha muitos hóspedes naquela noite, demorou mais de 1:30horas para vir os pratos, sendo que antes vieram nos comunicar depois de muito tempo esperando que nao tinha os ingrediente da salada, tinhamos pedido uma bebida, e nao trouxeram, quando chegou os pratos de massa, estava dura, um molho horrível, quase fria, tivemos uma pessima experiência na gastronomia do jantar,mas foi resolvido quando nao nos foi cobrado, café da manhã otimo! Resumo: O hotel é maravilhoso, só esta faltando profissionais mais atentos, e mais receptivos. A cidade esta patinando ainda na questao do turismo, uma cidade tao bonita, e gostosa de visitar! Acredito que com o tempo vai melhorando.
