Muito razoável. Não havia copos na acomodação. Solicitei 2 taças e o fornecimento seria cobrado uma taxa de R$ 15,00 por taça, lamentável. As dependências comuns estavam tumultuadas com excursões. Estacionar no patio e transitar no hall do hotel foi decepcionamnte. Não haviam regras, tudo bagunçado.

Acústica péssima

Ficamos no quarto 614 e a acústica do quarto era terrível. Escutavamos tudo dos outros quartos e as tubulações de água era na nossa parede da cabeceira. Quase não conseguimos dormiu por causa do barulho. O barulho parecia uma cascata permanente.

Servico muito bom em Nova Petropolis! Porém nao achei a manta em boas condições, parece terem esquecido a lavagem. A suite é um pouco pequena, mas muito bem decorada, limpa e perfumada. Somente isso, o restante impecavel. Recomendo o hotel Petropolis.
