O quarto que fiquei era o 2216 Ponto positivo Excelente vista do quarto, equipe de funcionários excelentes e quarto espaçoso, piscina com bar e petiscos excelente tirando alguns azulejos quebrados e café da manhã médio ainda falta alguns ingredientes para ficar bom . Ponto negativo Ar condicionado muito ruim , a caída da água do o chuveiro está errada e a água acumula e a TV não consegui ligar. Último andar sem elevador nesse com uns 7 lances de escada

O hotel é otimo. As Instalações são antigas, mas a decoração é muito aconchegante. Adorei o quarto, achei limpo e cama confortável, e a vista maravilhosa de frente para o mar. Pessoal da recepção todos muito solícitos e educados. Cafe simples, mas estava otimo, cafe quentinho e o bolo estava uma delícia. Pena que passamos somente uma noite, se não teriamos aproveitado a piscina. Com certeza voltaremos em uma proxima oportunidade.

Havia deixado uma solicitação, não foi atendida. Na chegada, poucas informações, se quer um cadastro dos hóspedes foi feito. O estacionamento não é bem sinalizado. A banheira não estava limpa. Mas, o pior foi a experiência com o café da manhã, onde faltavam mais de 1h30 para terminar e já estavam faltando diversos itens, sendo que vários hóspedes chegaram após e constatarmos a falta de reposição.
