Great staff, helpful, breakfast very basic, great housekeeping, clean property, well situated, only issue, the property need some face-lifting, specially the rooms, painting, and modernism, if you want to charge $90 and plus for a room, specially in Antigua!
Room furniture are crappie!
Staff is very friendly. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to main sites. Breakfast was very fresh and delicious. Would stay here again
We loved our stay here. So charming. The roof view was great. The staff was really helpful and kind. I loved seeing the town, the church, markets. A beautiful city.
We had a one night stop over and definitely would have taken more nights if we could but they were full. Really cozy environment with a beautiful indoor atrium of sorts. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean with great amenities, and the breakfast included was an excellent start to the day. The staff is phenomenal and I really want to note that incredibly sweet and nice.
The rooms were simple but clean and charming, nice free breakfast, amazing views from the inside terrace and staff were great and accommodating. Great spot if you want somewhere quiet to rest in between all your sightseeing!
Everything was excellent. Location, room, breakfast and the beautiful plants. Gelima and Rosemary were wonderful.
My room was on the ground level right at the entrance so the music playing at the bar in the evening was a bit noisy but it wasn’t a big deal for me. Everything else was great.
I highly recommend this place
This hotel was conveniently located and no more than a 10 minute walk to wherever I needed to get to. There were so many options for both street food and dine in.
I loved this hotel! Don’t expect any luxurious room but do expect a cozy and clean one. The staff went above and beyond with supporting our needs are first time visitors. I would absolutely stay there again. Also it is located is a great area. Thank you Gilma and staff, it was a pleasure staying with you all :)

Liked: Staff & service
Very expensive room compared to other great central hotels in Antigua. Old linens, poor upkeep. Location was the saving grace. I’m surprised by all the glowing reviews and wish I kept original choice for $40/less a night. Would not return to.
Staff were so helpful. We arrived early and they let us go in our room. Hotel is clean and the free breakfast is amazing. Will definitely recommend this place.
It is badic hotel but the staffs were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was served at 8 but we had to check out at 5:30am to go to volcano but the staff made a breakfast for us to take it to volcano. Pancakes and fruit.
The employees were very helpful and accommodating. The rooftop terrace had a lovely view of the volcano, mountains and surrounding churches. A travel agency for tours is located just around the corner and a delicious traditional restaurant La Sopa is just a couple of doors down.
