The issue with this listing is the inacurate room describtion. The bathrooms are not on suite! There is only shared baths and shower.

La noche antes me mandan un mensaje que me habían cancelado la reservacion por algo de construcción .Al llegar al otro día encuentro un hotel completamente lleno y sin ninguna señal de construction lo que me lleva a pensar que lo que paso fue que revendieron mi habitación a precio mas caro.Cabe destacar que yo estaba viajando desde Estados Unidos en la última semana del año. Al levantarme ese día y ver el Correo que me habían enviado le conteste por escrito y llame por teléfono y nunca obtuve respuesta

No lo tomen MAL, las personas q nos atendieron fueron muy buenas pero la forma del Hotel de conducir negocios deja mucha incertidumbre. El hotel ya se había pagado en Expedía (confirmado) pero ellos insistieron q eso era solo para mantener el hotel así q pagamos otra vez y nos cobraron un porcentaje extra por uso de tarjeta de crédito. El hotel no está preparado para días lluviosos. Los cuartos no tienen baño privado y el mismo en el segundo piso en temporada de lluvia te da mucho q pensar nos cambiaron a una habitación en el primer piso y hubieron par de goteras para mi la categoría de este es hostel pero lo tienen como hotel. REPITO las personas q nos atendieron fueron muy amables pero la persona q decide cómo se conduce puede mejorar en muchas maneras. Nunca podré saber si. Este lugar mejorará pero les deseo éxitos.
