Room was spotless, sheets were so soft and cozy, the bath towels were plush, shower was hot, the toiletries provided were lovely & smelled wonderful. The breakfast was top notch, served fresh daily, cooked to perfection. Extremely extraordinary staff, so kind, welcoming and helpful. This was a 10 out of 10 stay for sure.

Los Faroles Hotel y Spa was AMAZING! If I could rate 6 stars out of 5, I totally would. Luisa met us during check in, and she made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was included and delicious. One day during our stay we left early to go to Acatenango, and the staff made sure we had break packed and ready to go. When I needed help with my car reservation to get back to the airport, the staff helped me talk to the car company and driver. The rooms are simple and beautiful. The rooftop terrace offers a gorgeous view of the mountains. The interior patios are small and comfortable. We had an absolutely marvelous stay!

El hotel es nuevo, con pocas habitaciones pequeñas, sencillo, camas cómodas, lo básico, quizá un poco más básico de lo esperado por el precio (pero Semana Santa). El personal muy amable, el desayuno tradicional chapín: cumplidor.. queda a unos 15 mins caminando del centro. No es un hotel spa (lo llaman así porque tiene un cuarto con cama de masaje, pero poco equipado) . Cumplió el Hotel ya que solo fue para dormir
