The location and security of the property was very good. The room interiors are nice. The patio gardens are lovely. The front desk provided excellent The bathroom needs upgrading. The shower head shot water all over the floor. The bathroom floor was extremely slippery and a bath mat for floor was not provided. The sink fixtures were very tired.

The hotel staff is nice, the rooms are clean, breakfast was included but the eggs were horrible I mean there is no science on cooking those.

Basic hotel in the center of Antigua

It is a hotel in the middle of the center of Antigua. At first they could not find my reservation and I had to call hotels.com for help. The room was clean but everything is very basic. Very little comfort. It was OK for a night but not a hotel I would stay for a longer time.

Nice hotel

By the outside is really simple, but once you get in it's a different story, it has the warm touch of Antigua Guatemala with lots of plants. The room was spacious with a decent bathroom. The included breakfast was good. The only problem is that it doesn't have a parking lot, so I had to left my car in the street.

I got to Antigua and they did not have a reservation. They did not give us a solution, they just said they did not have space, we had to walk and to look for another place by ourselves.

Ok hotel for 1 night. Front desk attendant couldn't raise a smile, intact looked very grumpy. The hotel has been a beautiful place but is now very tired. Adequate for the price we paid.

Al principio no querían responder por el parqueo que en la página decía que estaba incluido, pero finalmente si lo hicieron y no hubo ningún inconveniente.

El hotel bien, lo que no me gusto es que me ofrecieron camas Queen y me dieron matrimoniales, reserve para cuatro personas dos adultos y dos niños y solo me dieron dos desayunos y el auto lo tuve que ir a dejar como a 600 metros del hotel.

Hotel tradicional, limpio, cómodo, centrico

Nos encanto el hotel es como vivir en tiempo de la colonia y pensar como era la vida en ese momento me encantaron los jardines internos y la terraza. Muy buena la atención del personal. El unico problema fue la humedad en la habitación, requiere equipo deshumidificador y colocar agua purificada y vaso en el baño. pero el agua caliente excelente y la limpieza diaria también.

cierran el hotel a las 9.30 de la noche, eso nos pareció un poco limitante pues hay que tocar la puerta para que nos abran despues de esa hora. habitaciones sencillas, pero limpias y camas y almohadas confortables

Bad experience, will not return...

Employees were not helpful, they only have 10 parking spots that have to be reserved ahead, breakfast for children is not free I was told by the receptionist-which I challenged, beds are uncomfortable. Advantages-warm water and close to central park.
