Nice little place with dining options.Staff members are super friendly and very keen to help.The breakfast is outstanding and the other dining options leave nothing to desire. All in all a very pleasant stay and very nicely priced,we surely we'll be back.We stayed here twice so far,the first time three nights and the second one two nights.If you have a choice then take the bigger rooms😀

This was just what we were looking for -- private, quiet, clean, comfortable, convenient. Staff were great, helpful and friendly. Although there is no restaurant on-site, there are lots of cafes and restaurants in close walking distance. We'd love to go back!

Perfect for on a budget

Clean and comfortable hotel, room is small but perfect and facing the central patio. Patio has chairs and hamacs. Bathroom also clean and small but perfect if you are on a budget, the lovely people at the front door will guide you where to park and are super helpful.

We spent 5 days in the largest room which accommodates 2 adults and 3 kids (12, 9 and 8) comfortably. It is very clean, and the people are super easy going. We even asked them if they’d do our laundry and they did! There is a restaurant across the street and a little convenience store too. It is very well located. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A small by cute hotel

Does the job for a few nights

It’s fine but bring earplugs just in case. On the first night, we heard some animals fighting and it sounded like they were being slaughtered. Happened multiples times that night. Turns out it was stray cats fighting on the roof. Go to the restaurant across the street for authentic Guatemalan breakfasts before starting the day! Super affordable and delicious.

We would stay here again. It is a smaller place, only 7 rooms but looks larger with its nicely decorated courtyard. In the room we were in, with 2 Queen beds and a private shower, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was big and the shower had great hot water.- you often do not find that in Antigua! It is closer to the entrance of Antigua making it easier and faster to arrive and depart the town.

The hotel was charming and had character with rooms opening onto a central courtyard in beautiful Antigua. Everything is a little dated, and very few of the staff speak English, which was a problem on occasion, and limited advice that I might have received . However they were extremely friendly . There are plenty of places nearby for breakfast and dinner , but no food available on site. Rates were extremely reasonable.
