Hotel didn’t respond to numerous messages via WhatsApp and Messenger before arriving. We arranged and received confirmation for a paid airport pickup. No shuttle was at the airport to provide transportation. The hotel was locked on arrival despite notifying them of a late arrival time - and they were grumpy when we knocked on the door at midnight to check in. The water in your room (toilet, sink and shower) didn’t work for several hours. Strongly recommend looking elsewhere. But the breakfast was good.

Safe, quiet but not what I expected.

I had communicated with the hotel office about arranging airport transportation and thought it was arranged but the driver was not there at my airport arrival. I was left to find my own transportation from the airport to the hotel. I arrived before check-in time at the hotel and had to leave my bags sitting in the front lobby by the desk until my room was ready, A free breakfast was advertised as part of my hotel stay but upon arrival, I was informed that it was not available. Normally pure safe drinking water is readily available at Antigua hotels; I had to search for the drinkable water and found it on another floor from my room.

Leider können wir kaum Positives schreiben. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und auch nicht besonders hilfsbereit. Die Toilette war kaum zu benutzen, da der Toilettensitz herunterfiel. In der Dusche lief das Wasser kaum ab, zeitweise kam fast kein Wasser. Das Zimmer wurde in 3 Tagen nicht gereinigt und auch das Toilettenpapier (trotz Nachfrage) nicht aufgefüllt. Positiv: Das Zimmer war groß, der Innenhof schön und die Lage sehr gut.

Hôtel très bien pour le prix.

La description des fournitures de grande qualité décrite dans l'annonce de cet hôtel, à l'intérieur des chambres, est un peu exagéré. Quoique le lit état très confortable, couverture et oreillers de qualité (?) étaient très ordinaires, ainsi que les draps synthétiques. Ménage tous les jours? Pas toujours. Chambre et décoration assez sombre et déprimante, ce qui fait qu'il est assez difficile de savoir si c'est propre ou non mais pour le prix et se disant que ce n'est que pour dormir on s'y fait. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon et les gens accueillants.
