Our room smelled like poison bug killer, the room was supper hot, the view was the worst to a damaged roof, there was no space to even go into the toilet, the staff was very accommodating in finding us another hotel

Great little hotel right in the middle of Antigua. The location is perfect, and the pool was nice and relaxing. The staff was friendly, although some of the instructions were a little confusing and could have been explained better. There’s no parking available, so definitely keep that in mind if you have a car. Also, the rooms don’t have AC, and it can get pretty hot. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay and really liked the location.

Very charming and authentic, on the second floor great views of the volcanos. Enjoyed the green area, and flowers. Beautiful wall decoration, clean, close to great restaurants and the park and archeological sites. Offers shuttles to the airport. Has a small pool, that my husband and I used late in the afternoon, it was clean. The only discomfort is that there a restaurant disco next to the hotel and the music is too loud at night, which is bad because the hotel it is so nice, but if guest don't mind the music at night it is a great small hotel to stay. Hotel management are working with other business neighbors to have the disco owners to lower down at night, we hope this can be accomplished because we would like to go back to Guatemala and stay in the same hotel. Recommended if you are looking for a charming hotel at good prices.

The hotel has a great location. Just make sure you ask for a two bed room in the first floor, those are OK. Our room, No. 8 in the second floor, was very... very little compared with the photos that we saw in Expedia and the other rooms. The bathroom and the shower, both separated, were very... very small and it connected to the next room, I am sure it used to be a closet. I'm not exaggerating. We asked for another room and the excuse they made is that they were full and did not had more rooms. Really and upsetting stay.

The Cleaning staff was outstanding. and very helpful. Front desk attention was minimal if I did not say hello or goodbye. I was not greeted. I’m not sure how this hotel has a four star rating. While it is very clean, it is a bit rundown. The pool has several tiles missing. My bathroom fixtures were falling off. It is adjacent to the barrio club. And the noise was so loud I felt as though I was right inside of it. My room actually vibrated, and it was very challenging to sleep. i’m glad I did some exciting activities around antique work because the stay in the hotel was less than comfortable.

Room 1 shares a wall with reception and all hours of the day and night people are out there talking or ringing the buzzer. There’s also a night club that’s quite loud as well. Location is good but if you’re a light sleeper I would give this one a miss as quiet hours don’t appear to be a thing. Room was clean-ish. There was a large booger smeared across the bathroom wall. Positive: location and staff.

Beds were very hard. Noisy dance bar right next door until past midnight. Nice pool with great view. Casa del Parque claims online and also with local signs to offer breakfast but this is a LIE! When you ask for breakfast they send you with a small discount coupon to a restaurant 4 or 5 blocks away. Only large groups who arrange breakfast several days in advance can get breakfast. They should not be allowed to get away with such a false claim!
