Absolutely gorgeous hotel with the architecture and design thoughtfully curated. The hotel staff were kind and the included breakfast was divine, especially with the surrounding scenery either in the courtyard or on the upstairs terrance. I hope to go back one day!

El staff súper amable y servicial. Excelente servicio al cliente. El hotel muy bonito y acogedor, aunque están un poco viejitas las instalaciones. La ubicación excelente, no tiene que entrar uno con carro al centro si uno no quiere. Cuenta con Parqueo.

Staff was courteous and always willing to help. Rooms were clean but lacked basic things like water bottles. Glass doors made it so that anyone passing by could look into your room when you are not there, which is not ideal.

Cacao, friendly boutique hotel.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, breakfast on the patio was quiet and peaceful (and yummy), the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the bathroom needs some love, but overall nice hotel.

Great start to our holiday!

Delightful hotel in quiet location but within an easy 15 minute walk of the Central Park. Arrived late but member of staff went out of his way to get us a drink and made us feel very welcome. Room led direct onto the roof terrace where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning. Very comfortable bed which was much needed after travelling for 14 hours from UK!

Terrible Service / Unoticed Hotel Cancellation

I went to a wedding on Antigua and it was like my 3rd stay on this Hotel. For my surprise the hotel cancelled my reservartion without even noticing me. Talked to the hotel staff and they didnt care at all. I will never going to stay there and reccomend anyone to make plans with them. At the the end i was statisfied with the expedia staff solving my problem and relocating me on another hotel.

This is a unique facility/ Each room has its own personality and beauty. The staff are always positive and helpful. If you spend more than a day or two, you will feel like family.

Nice location, good breakfast, room was in courtyard and a bit noisy and damp since there is no real window in the bathroom. Be sure to book your own ride to airport since we were charged 40.00 dollars and much cheapter to book on your own.
