Great place and great location....near the beach, 15-20 min to Cannes. There was a service access panel that fell off/out of the wall while I was using the WC.... FRIGHTENG.. walls are thin . You could hear the cleaning crew and people walking and talking.....noisy after late nights early mornings partying in Cannes. I enjoyed my stay and will return.

Pros Friendly staff: the two ladies working in the morning shifts were welcoming, attentive, and helped improve the atmosphere. And after raising concerns, one of them offered complimentary breakfast on the second night. Quiet environment: the room provided a peaceful night’s rest once settled. Basic amenities available: the room was equipped with essentials (bed, towels, bathroom facilities). Cons No staff present at reception upon arrival, leaving guests unsupported. Poor communication before arrival: no prior notice that check‑in was only via machine and card, despite request to pay in cash. Unpleasant arrival experience: forced to wait outside in the rain after an exhausting trip. Payment difficulties: inability to pay in cash caused unnecessary stress and delay. Some Cleanliness issues in the room: some hair found on sheets and pillow, towels not perfectly clean. Overall Impression The stay began with significant frustration due to lack of staff presence, poor communication, and cleanliness concerns. However, the hotel did make an effort to address the complaint by offering breakfast, and the morning staff’s friendliness helped restore some comfort. Improvements in reception service, guest communication, and housekeeping standards remain necessary, but the positive gestures show that the hotel is willing to listen and respond.

My sheet was full of blood stains. The hotel claimed it was my blood. I offered to even go to a doctor and prove it’s not my blood, but they did not agree to that plan. The heating did not work. They knew it’s not gonna work. They told me the heating is not working at the hotel. This is a very nice hotel, but with blood stains and no heating I cannot recommend it

Locked out in the rain

Arrived late. Website tells you that check in is 24 hours. However the check in is done by a computer outside the hotel. I was stuck outside in the rain and told that my room wasn’t ready. I called the help desk and they took a long time trying to contact management to get it all resolved. At the end I gave the check in prompt a 1 star, and the agent on the other end who was still connected to the screen gave themselves a 3/5 star sneakily right before disconnecting and closing the window. The room itself was tiiiiiny and the toilet smelled of sewage. Front desk was friendly. Foyer was big and bright and clean looking.

L’hôtel est bien situé mais si vous venez en voiture sachez qu’il n’y a pas de parking et que trouver une place en pleine saison estivale s’est avérée être un parcours du combattant. Il faisait extrêmement chaud et il n’y avait même pas une fontaine à eau ou des bouteilles d’eau, dommage. L’hôtel est vieillissant. Cependant la literie est de bonne qualité. La climatisation ne marchait pas très bien mais on a survécu.
