An oasis in the city

We enjoyed the spa, the staff and the bar. The city can be overwheling and the helpful staff coordinated transport, and facitotates great relaxation in the pool and spa. Wonderful time.

The staff was friendly, the property is great and well maintained, the room was spacious and super clean, the gym and spa are functional, the hotel is conveniently located and the food is just fantastic. And despite all these, the price was reasonable. Honestly one of my best hotel experiences so far. I highly recommend them!

overall the hotel was spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located, the desk girl was the absolute worst, she could not speak English, but demanded she did and no one else was available to help us but her, we needed a taxi to the airport, she either didn't understand that or chose to ignore us, luckily after 20 min someone came by who did understand us and called us a taxi, she was also the one who demanded we pay our fees when we checked in after a delayed flight at 6 in the morning, she treated us as if we were untrustworthy or unworthy to be there because we were American and did not speak french.

Too much noise, broken doors

It was too noisy so we decided to move to a different hotel. Knowing its location they should have planned on having the hotel built with sound proof. Another thing, we were unable to lock our inside doors so no privacy whatsoever even we purchased the family room.

Je ne suis pas habituĂ© Ă  faire ce genre de retour mais je vous doit de vous prĂ©venir .. La chambre attribuĂ©e (et je pense mĂȘme toutes) est malheureusement exposĂ©e Ă  de fortes nuisances sonores (boĂźte de nuit Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l’immeuble, puis travaux dĂšs 6h30 du matin), ce qui a rendu le repos impossible. De plus, la prĂ©sence de nombreux moustiques dans la chambre (et l’ascenseur) a provoquĂ© une d’énormes rĂ©actions physique chez mon compagnon. Nous espĂ©rions un sĂ©jour reposant avant notre vol long courrier mais l’expĂ©rience n’a pas Ă©tĂ© Ă  la hauteur. Dommage, car l’établissement aurait du potentiel avec quelques amĂ©liorations. J’attends toujours un retour suite au mail transmis suite Ă  ma rĂ©clamation.

Bonne literie, chambre propre, la femme qui m'a fait le repassage est sympa et la plupart du personnel Ă©tait top. ExceptĂ©e la femme Ă  l'accueil qui n'est pas du tout souriante, ou sourit seulement Ă  certains clients pas Ă  tout le monde en tout cas! ( ou peut-ĂȘtre parceque j'Ă©tais vĂȘtue modestement ? Les clients doivent ĂȘtre traitĂ©s de la mĂȘme maniĂšre). Au prix qu'on paie et tenant compte du nombre d'Ă©toiles, on s'attend Ă  un bon accueil, personne souriante Ă  l'accueil. Du buffet, au petit dĂ©jeuner, j'ai apprĂ©ciĂ© particuliĂšrement le "vary amin'anana" (typique de Madagascar). Pour ça ne changez rien.

ProblĂšme en arrivant dans la chambre il n’y avait aucunes serviettes Ă  l’intĂ©rieur donc chambre pas prĂ©parĂ© Ă  l’arrivĂ©e du client ( pas de serviettes de bain ni de serviettes de toilettes) Et puis aussi j’ai trouvĂ© qu’il ne faisait pas trĂšs chaud j’ai mis la clim Ă  32 mais il faisait toujours aussi froid le soir et dans la salle de bain pas gĂ©nial c’est glagla Ă  l’intĂ©rieur sinon pour le reste de bons Ă©quipements quand mĂȘme mais je prĂ©fĂšre la chambre familiale prise il y a 2 ans je reprendrais celle ci avec le balcon
