Wonderful hotel with excellent staff

Wonderful hotel, with very friendly staff, amazing view from the room, and quiet, despite the road being right in front. Loved it, and will definitely recommend it to everyone who wants a kids free trip to Alanya. Only downside is the lack of a proper beach, an ATM and the fact that you need to take a taxi to get to Alanya or Konakli if you want to go out for dinner or drinks. But if you’re there for only a week you can easily just stay there and be comfortable without missing out on anything. I will definitely be back to get more of the hospitality that we enjoyed and hopefully we will meet the same friendly staff that we had this time around.

I went away with 15 people, and of the 15, 11 got food poisoning from the hotel restaurant. It wasnt only our party that got ill, a lot of the guests did. The music was very loud round the pool, and the smell of sewage as well.

Ein absolut traumhafter Aufenthalt im White City Beach Hotel! Nachdem ich bereits im White City Resort eine wunderschöne Zeit hatte, war für mich klar, dass ich auch das White City Beach besuchen möchte – und ich wurde definitiv nicht enttäuscht. Von Anfang bis Ende war einfach alles top. Das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und professionell. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Essen war super lecker und abwechslungsreich und die gesamte Atmosphäre im Hotel einfach wunderschön. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war, dass mein Aufenthalt genau auf meinen Geburtstag gefallen ist. Das Hotel hat diesen Tag für mich wirklich unvergesslich gemacht. Als Überraschung bekam ich Champagner, Kuchen, Cocktails und sogar eine Massage geschenkt. Mit so viel Aufmerksamkeit und Gastfreundschaft hatte ich wirklich nicht gerechnet und habe mich riesig darüber gefreut. Man merkt einfach, dass hier sehr viel Wert darauf gelegt wird, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Für mich war wirklich alles perfekt und ich kann das Hotel mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. 10 von 10 ⭐️ Nach meinen tollen Erfahrungen im White City Resort und jetzt im White City Beach steht für mich definitiv fest, dass ich die White City Hotels wieder besuchen werde. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diese wunderschöne und unvergessliche Zeit. ❤️

White City Resort Hotel’de geçirdiğimiz tatil beklentilerimizin çok üzerinde geçti. Daha otele giriş yaptığımız ilk andan itibaren personelin güler yüzü, ilgisi ve profesyonelliği bizi gerçekten etkiledi. Kendimizi misafir gibi değil, özel hissettirilen insanlar gibi hissettik. Otelin temizliği her alanda kusursuzdu. Odalar düzenli olarak temizleniyor, ortak kullanım alanları sürekli bakımlı tutuluyordu. Odamız hem konforlu hem de oldukça şıktı. Deniz manzarası, rahat yatakları ve düşünülmüş detayları sayesinde tatil boyunca kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Yemekler ayrı bir övgüyü hak ediyor. Açık büfede sunulan çeşitlilik oldukça fazlaydı ve her öğünde farklı lezzetler deneyimleme fırsatı bulduk. Özellikle tatlılar, ızgara çeşitleri ve deniz ürünleri çok başarılıydı. Restoran çalışanlarının ilgisi ve servis kalitesi de bu deneyimi daha da güzelleştirdi. Havuz alanları, plajı ve sosyal aktiviteleri sayesinde günün her saatinde keyifli vakit geçirebildik. Otelin sunduğu eğlence programları hem kaliteli hem de misafirleri sıkmadan güzel bir atmosfer oluşturuyordu. Dinlenmek isteyenler için sakin alanlar, eğlenmek isteyenler için ise oldukça güzel aktiviteler bulunuyordu. Tatil boyunca herhangi bir konuda olumsuz bir durum yaşamadık. Aksine, çalışanların çözüm odaklı yaklaşımı sayesinde her şey son derece rahat ve sorunsuz ilerledi. Günümüzde misafir memnuniyetine bu kadar önem veren işletmelere rastlamak gerçekten çok değerli.

Wenn man ein günstigen Griff macht für dieses Hotel ist es vollkommen okay. Es war aber von meinen bisherigen Türkeireisen die schlechteste Wahl. Essen war sehr eintönig und einfach gehalten, ansonsten aber okay wenn man dort keinen großen Fokus legt. Getränkeauswahl war schlecht. Sauberkeit im ganzen Hotel war gut, in den Zimmern sehr gut. Beim Personal gab es sehr große Unterschiede. Das Zimmerpersonal war hervorragend, Spabereich außer der Chefin? (Wirkte so und war sehr unfreundlich) war super. Das größte Manko war aber die Barkräfte. Außer wenige Außnahmen waren diese oft gefühlt lustlos und überfordert (wobei diese dafür auch teilweise nichts können). Das große Problem war ein Barmann der uns nach ein, zwei Tagen großspurig sein breites Sortiment an gewissen Mittelchen angeboten hat und fragte ob er uns nicht mal was ins Glas machen soll bzw. ob wir was bräuchten. Damit hatte sich die Bar für den Rest des Urlaubs erledigt. Alles in allem war es ganz okay, aber wir werden dort nicht nochmal buchen.

Bad judmental staff and a lot of drunk Russians

Good hotel, but terrible staff. Almost no one speaks English and they keep staring at tou all the time. They do not let you pick food by yourself at the buffé, the staff members pick for you, and they are extremely judgemental and give you extremely dirty look if you ask for more food and laugh behind your back. Plus the hotel feels very racist, and they treat turkish and non-turkish guests differently, and they are proud of the fact that they are very white and they have written everywhere that they are offering ”#thewhiteexperience” (even on the bracelets that we had to wear). Plus a lot of drink Russians and east european tourists shouting all the time and talking loudly just brings down the whole atmosphere.

Otelin gerek kadrosu gerek konumu herşeyiyle memnun kaldım. Hataylı aşçılarının olması bence yemekleri lezzetli kılan şeylerdi. Sahilinde plajı yok, iskelesei var lakin 50 metre sağında ve solunda taşlı-kumlu plajlar var. Çok memnun kaldım bir daha gitmeyi düşnüüyorum.

Das WC der Strandbar war voller Käfer. Das Personal war okeii aber nicht wirklich weiter geholfen bei Problemen haben sie uns nicht, das personal hat zum Teil auf Türkisch schlecht über die Gäste geurteilt. Im essen wurde eine Biene gefunden, und viele gäste hatten Magenschmerzen bis zu Durchfall.
