I expected a friendlier staff and I did not get that at all. Front desk were all male staff and didn’t speak much English, I was disappointed that I paid so much and the service wasn’t a reflection of the service……the staff need more customer service experience to make customers feel more welcoming. I’d give this hotel a 5/10 the best part of my stay was the sea view

Sehr nettes deutsprachiges freundliches Personal. Rezeption- und front-office-Personal war respektvoll und hilfsbereit. Ich werde immer wieder kommen. Das Hotel werde ich auch meinen Freunden weiterempfehlen.

Good but could do better

I thought the restaurant manager could be a little more polite and say "good morning" rather than just barge past you! It would seem that the Hotel is encouraging English people to use the hotel but in reality we found many of the staff that couldn't speak English.

Very good hotel

Ideal possition, for shops, beach, seashore walk all the way to Side. its good value for money although it could really do with a Brand Beer as well as a white wine a little better than the one they serve up. staff friendly, and other guests (mostly German) also friendly.

Kleines gemütliches Hotel in Strandnähe

Wir reisten im April das erste mal seit 30 Jahren ohne Kinder und waren auf der Suche nach einem kleinen gemütlichen Hotel in Strandnähe. Genau dieses haben wir mit dem "Trendy Side Beach" gefunden. Dieses Hotel ist P16 und bietet All inclusive. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Essen bietet viel Auswahl. Ein hoteleigenen Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Da wir mit einem Leihwagen unterwegs waren, war uns dies sehr wichtig. Wir wollten uns 5 Tage erholen und Ausflüge unternehmen.

Super Hotel direkt am Strand

Es war ein klasse Aufenthalt. Das Personal, das Essen, die Vielfältigkeit sowie die Hygiene war super! Selbst am Strand genießt man die vollen Vorzüge. Immer wieder gerne. Nur zur empfehlen
